How do I know if consignment is for me?

  • Do you have too many things?

  • Do you have new or gently used clothes that you just don't wear? Maybe they don't fit, you just don't like them, or just have nowhere you would wear them?

  • Do you have quality household items that you have outgrown and need to get rid of?

  • Have you thought of having a yard sale, or list things online, but just haven't wanted to do all that work?

  • Would you like to help your community and earn a little extra cash at the same time?

If you answered yes to most of those questions, then consignment is for you!!

How do I know if consignment is not for me?

  • Do you expect top dollar for your stuff?

  • Do you not have enough to part with anything?

  • Is everything you own old and worn out?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then consignment is not for you.

Heather’s HandUps may turn away consignment items for various reasons including, but not limited to, seasonal demand, inventory abundance, conditions of items, and the size of items and available space.

If you bring in items that we choose not to consign, you may take them with you, after you leave, or Heather's HandUps will donate them to the community, through partnerships made with various community programs. The choice is yours.

We accept items in good condition only. We do not accept broken, ripped, old and faded items, etc... You bring in the items and we take care of the rest! It’s so simple! 😀

If a consigned item doesn't sell in 30 days, the price drops 25%. This continues every 30 days until the consignment period of 120 days has been met. At that point, Heather’s HandUps has sole discretion of the fate of the item. We donate to various community aid programs.

There is a 50/50 split, of the sale price, between Heather’s HandUps and the consignor

A consignor agreement will require your signature before items will be accepted.
