Our community impact

Heather's HandUps is more than just a thrift store; it's a pillar of community support in Birch Tree, Missouri and surrounding communities. We're dedicated to "Helping People Helping People" by creating a cycle of generosity that benefits everyone. Every consignment and every purchase contributes directly to this mission, strengthening our local community.

Supporting local charities

We proudly donate 10% of all sales, via store vouchers, to the South Central Missouri Community Action Agency (SCMCAA), or similar agencies. This support helps thousands of families in our area access essential items. Additionally, unsold donated items are distributed based on need to various local programs, including nursing homes, schools, daycares, senior centers, and emergency drives.
